
WindSports Fitness was founded by Windsor St. Victor, a visionary who believes that true strength starts from within. Guided by his deep faith in God the Most High, Windsor created WindSports to inspire others to honor their bodies as temples—training daily in mind, body, and soul.
We believe fitness doesn’t require a gym. The earth is our gym. The sun, the wind, the open air—this is where we move, breathe, and grow. With minimal equipment and maximum intention, we train using the best tool we’ve ever been given: our own body.
At WindSports, functional fitness isn’t about

our community to move with purpose, eat from the earth with natural, unprocessed foods, and build discipline that lasts.

SPIRIT
The spirit connects us to the Most High. When the mind follows the Spirit and the body follows the mind, we become whole. The Holy Spirit leads us into truth, renews our thoughts, and shapes our choices. Fitness at WindSports is not just about strength. It is about obedience, clarity, and transformation. MIND
The mind decides which path we follow. A healthy mind is trained through discipline, reflection, and surrender to the Holy Spirit. Each workout becomes a chance to clear mental clutter and make righteous choices. Mental digestion helps us process emotions, thoughts, and experiences. A weak mind gives in to the flesh. A renewed mind seeks truth and leads us toward purpose.
BODY
The body is a gift and a tool. It was made to move, serve, and support our mission. Training strengthens not only muscles but also our immune system, organs, and inner balance. Avoiding health limits spiritual access. Movement helps us release stress, purify our system, and align physically with what we believe spiritually.
